All orders are processed and handcrafted within 1-2 business days after the orders are received. If we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a day or two. Orders are shipped on every weekday but may not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery times for domestic orders are 1-5 business days, with most packages arrive in about 3 business days within the Continental US. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates though, as delivery times are subject to carrier delays and other factors beyond our control.
You can view your order status any time by logging into your account on our website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, and tracking information will be available in your account.
